KAIF Signs MOU with Czech Association of Building Entrepreneurs (SPS)
Promoting Future Collaboration in Nuclear Projects and Human Resource Development

On June 13, 2024, the Korea Atomic Industrial Forum (KAIF) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Czech Association of Building Entrepreneurs (SPS) during the Korean Nuclear & Culture Connection Day held in Prague, Czech Republic.
The MOU was signed by Mr. Baekshik Roh, Executive Vice President of KAIF, and Mr. Jiri Nouza, President of SPS and former Deputy Mayor of Prague. This agreement aims to strengthen future cooperation between the two organizations, focusing on exploring joint project opportunities, exchanging information through conferences and workshops, and fostering human resource development.
The Czech Association of Building Entrepreneurs (SPS) represents over 710 member companies and plays a central role in the Czech construction industry. Its responsibilities include policy advocacy, certification of construction contractors, and serving as the Czech representative to the European Construction Industry Federation.
With many construction-related member companies of its own, KAIF anticipates meaningful collaboration with SPS, particularly in the context of potential Czech nuclear power plant projects.
